This is a courtesy translation of the German privacy policy. Only the German version is legally binding.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising services and creates no user profiles. That is why there is no cookie banner either. Fonts are served from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or to any other third party when a page is opened.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; the servers are located in Germany. When a page is opened, the host automatically collects access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system). This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the site and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in providing the site securely). No transfer to a third country takes place.

4. Enquiries via the contact form

If you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the data you provide (name, telephone number, optionally e-mail address, pick-up and destination address, preferred date and your description) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) together with your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

If no form service is configured, the form merely opens your own e-mail program or WhatsApp with a prepared text. In that case no data is transmitted or stored by the website itself; the terms of the service you use apply.

5. Contact by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp

If you contact us by phone, by e-mail or via WhatsApp, we process your details in order to deal with your request (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO). For WhatsApp we point out that the service is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and that connection data and metadata may also be processed outside the EU. If you would like to avoid this, please use the phone, e-mail or post.

6. Retention period

We store your enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your request. If the enquiry leads to an order, the statutory retention periods apply (as a rule six or ten years under HGB and AO). Otherwise we erase the data as soon as it is no longer required.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to the processing (Art. 21). Consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please use the contact details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden.
