What really sets a direct run apart
A parcel service routes through a depot; a groupage forwarder waits until the tour is full. Both are cheaper — and both cost time and add a handling risk each time. On a direct run there is one loading and one unloading. For delicate, bulky or deadline-bound consignments that is the whole difference; for a box that may arrive the day after tomorrow it is wasted money, and we will say so.
What we need for a firm time slot
Collection and destination address, dimensions and weight, and from when the goods are ready. Out of that comes a time window that holds — not a promise that falls apart at the first roadworks on the A661. If it does get tight en route, we call ahead; a late message still beats a recipient waiting for nothing.

How quickly can you be there?
Within the city and the Rhine-Main area often within one to two hours, if the vehicle is free. A phone call settles that faster than any form.
Do you drive at night?
Regular hours are Mon–Fri 07:00–20:00, Saturdays and Sundays 07:00–18:00. Anything beyond that is by arrangement, not on demand.
Is the load insured?
Statutory carrier liability applies. For particularly valuable consignments please state the value beforehand — then we can discuss whether additional cover makes sense.
