Furniture transport in Frankfurt
A sofa, a wardrobe, a washing machine — a single piece of furniture does not need a removals company. We move the one item too, with a tail lift and straps instead of muscle.
What actually fits
The load space measures 4.20 m long and 2.20 m in width and height inside. The binding figure, though, is not the interior but the rear opening: it is 2.16 m high, four centimetres lower than the space behind it. A wardrobe measuring exactly 2.20 m therefore fits on paper — but not through the door. Tell us the largest edge of your item with the enquiry and we settle it beforehand rather than on site.
Stairs, lift, parking ban
Three things decide the effort, and distance is none of them: which floor the item is on, whether there is a lift, and whether we can stop outside the door. In narrow Frankfurt streets the last one is often the real problem — a temporary parking ban has to be applied for at the city and needs several working days’ notice. Tell us the floor and the parking situation, and the quote will still hold afterwards.

Do you carry the item into the flat as well?
Yes, on request — please say so with the enquiry so we can plan a second person. Without notice only the driver is there at the destination.
Can I ride along?
One passenger seat is free. With delicate pieces that is often the simplest arrangement, because you can say straight away where it goes.
How heavy can it be?
The tail lift raises up to 750 kg, but the vehicle may only carry 700 kg — and those 700 kg are the limit that counts. For a single piece of furniture that is ample.
