Cellar, attic, garage or an entire flat. We clear it, haul it away and hand it over swept clean — whatever can be recycled is separated.
Why we want to look first
A clearance is hard to estimate over the phone. Two cellars of the same size can differ threefold in volume, and disposal costs depend less on volume than on content: timber, electrical appliances, leftover paint and rubble are all charged quite differently. A few photos or a short video are usually enough — then there is a fixed price instead of an hourly bill at the end.
What goes and what does not
Household goods, furniture, appliances, timber and metal we take. What we may not take is hazardous waste — waste oil, solvents, asbestos or larger quantities of paint belong at a hazardous-waste collection and must not end up in an ordinary transport. If something like that turns up we say so and point to the right route, rather than quietly loading it.

Is anything of value credited?
If there is usable furniture or equipment, we offset it — but we say so at the viewing, not first on the invoice.
Do you do full flat clearances?
Yes, complete households too. Where a handover to the landlord is involved, allow a few days’ buffer — recycling centres keep their own opening hours.
Do I get proof of disposal?
You can have the receipts from the acceptance points. For a private clearance that is rarely needed, for landlords or estate administrators often.
